Recently I was challenged by George at ASDA to style one piece of clothing 3 ways. Seeing as I was in Greece last week, it made it the perfect time to take part in the campaign. I choose the gorgeous black midi skirt as my "hero item" and a few other pieces from the range at George and began creating my 3 looks. The skirt which retails at a very affordable £16.00 is quite honestly my new favourite.
I decided to create 3 main looks for summer, evening wear, beach wear and day wear (or as I'm calling it...back to reality wear).

For me part of any holiday is getting dressed up on a night. I know all too well how expensive it can be wanting to wear different outfit, every night of the holiday, especially if your lucky enough to go away for a few weeks or more at a time. Therefore picking more versatile pieces defiantly helps. Plus I know personally as much as I like to "look good" and get all dolled up, I'd much rather save some pennies for spending money and well more holidays!

Typically I find I don't put too much effort into beach or pool cover ups. I find I buy new bikinis and swimwear for the holiday and then maybe throw over a old pair of shorts and a t-shirt when I'm heading of for lunch. To be honest, my style round the beach is often some what lacking. The light weight skirt was however perfect for the beach. It was far more stylish than a typical pair of shorts and the length meant it was perfect for avoiding trialling in the sand. If you haven't noticed I also matched my beach towel to my bikini.

Finally back to reality for a day time (well it was day time when I left the house) look. I wore this last night to head out for cocktails in Leeds. It's my birthday today so I wore this last night for a few casual drinks. I'm planning a few more birthday drinks today and then back on another holiday on Saturday. FYI I'm now the grand old age of 24.
For me I often find all the fancy holiday dresses go to waste and are left sitting in my closet when the holidays come to an end. Therefore making the most from your wardrobe all year round is something at the top of my list.
How would you style one piece three ways?
